You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" in the address bar and/or the lock symbol in the browser's address bar.
Data collection during your visit to our website
When you use our website for informational purposes only (i.e., if you do not register or provide us with other information), we collect only the data transmitted by your browser to our server ("Server Logfiles" or "log files"). Thus, when you visit our website, only the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website, will be collected:
The website visited

The processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of the website. The data will not be transmitted or used for any other purposes. However, we reserve the right to check server log files later if there are specific indications of illegal use.
When processing personal data (especially IP addresses), we apply extremely strict security criteria to our partners. OVH in Roubaix (www.ovh.com) guarantees the availability of our website and protects our infrastructure from attacks by criminals, fraud networks, or other malicious software.
Cookies
To make our website attractive and to enable certain features, we use cookies on various pages. A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser on the hard drive of your device. Some cookies are deleted after the session ends, i.e., after you close your browser ("session cookies"). Other cookies, however, remain on your device and allow our company and our partners (third-party cookies) to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). If cookies are used, they collect and process specific information about the user, such as browser data, location data, or IP address values. Persistent cookies, however, are automatically and systematically deleted after a predetermined period, depending on the type of cookie.
In some cases, cookies are used to simplify the ordering process by saving certain settings (e.g., remembering the contents of a virtual shopping cart for a future visit). If personal data is processed by the cookies we use, the processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of the contract or, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, to preserve our legitimate interest in providing our website with the best possible features and ensuring a user-friendly and efficient configuration of the website.
We work with advertising partners who help us make our website more attractive. To do this, cookies from partner companies are also stored on your hard drive when you visit our website ("third-party cookies"). Below, you will find individual and separate information on the use of these cookies and the scope of the information collected.
Please note that you can set your browser to be notified of cookies and to decide individually whether to accept or exclude them, either on a case-by-case basis or in general. The management of cookie settings is specific to each browser. Please refer to your browser's help menu to find out how to configure it.

Contact
Personal data is collected when you contact our services (e.g., via the contact form or by email). The data collected through the contact form can be viewed from the same form. This data is stored and used solely for the purpose of responding to your request and enabling the corresponding technical administration. The processing of data is carried out, if applicable, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
Furthermore, if your contact request aims at concluding a contract, the processing of your data will be carried out based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
After your request is processed, i.e., when it can be deduced from the circumstances that the matter has been definitively clarified and there is no legal retention obligation, your data will be immediately deleted.
Data processing when opening a customer account and executing the contract
Under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data may also be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the execution of a contract or to open a customer account. The data collected can be viewed from the same form.
You can delete your customer account at any time by contacting the data controller at the address above.
We store and use the data you provide to us for the execution of contracts. After the complete execution of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked in consideration of tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted at the expiration of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or further use authorized by law has been provided for on our website and detailed below.
8. Payment Processing If the payment method "Credit Card / VISA Maestro" is selected, the payment process is handled by the service provider PayZEN Lyra Network, 109 Rue de l'Innovation, 31670 Labège, France, Contact@lyra-network.com.
The transmission of your data is exclusively carried out as part of the payment process with the PayZen service provider and only to the extent necessary for data protection.
Please consult PayZen’s privacy statement at: www.payzen.eu
FDE transfers to PayZen if a credit card payment is desired and communicates a case number and the total amount of the payment. The data required for credit card payment and creditworthiness check is stored by PayZen in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Only a transaction number and a payment confirmation (yes/no) are transmitted back to FDE.
BNP Paribas
If the payment method "Immediate Transfer" is chosen, the payment process is handled by the service provider BNP PARIBAS, to which we transmit the information provided as part of the order process, along with order-related information, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1(b) of the GDPR.
The company BNP Paribas is represented by its subsidiaries. The transmission of your data is only carried out as part of the payment process with the service provider BNP, and only to the extent necessary for this purpose. You can find more information on BNP Paribas' data protection clauses at: www.bnpparibas.fr
8.5 Creditworthiness Checks
If we opt for prepayment (e.g., delivery on invoice), we reserve the right to perform a creditworthiness check based on a statistical mathematical method to protect our legitimate interest regarding the payment capacity of our client. We transmit the necessary personal data for a creditworthiness check in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1(f) of the GDPR to the providers responsible for the check.
Creditworthiness information may contain likelihood values (called Scores). If the scores influence the creditworthiness information result, they are based on a statistically recognized scientific method. Address data, among others, is taken into account for the calculation of the score, but not exclusively. We use the result of the creditworthiness check regarding the statistical likelihood of a payment incident to make decisions regarding the establishment, execution, or termination of a contractual relationship.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to the data controller or the previously mentioned credit reporting agency. However, we are still allowed to process your personal data as necessary for the payment process according to the terms of the contract.
9. Use of Videos
This website uses the YouTube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "YouTube" owned by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
Extended data protection mode is used here. According to the provider's statements, this does not initiate the saving of user information until the video(s) are played. If the embedded YouTube videos are played, "YouTube" cookies are used by the provider to collect information about the user's behavior. According to the information provided by "YouTube," these cookies are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user experience, and prevent abusive practices. If you are logged into Google, your information will be associated with your account when you click on a video.
If you do not wish for YouTube to associate this information with your profile, we invite you to log out before activating the video playback. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates it. This evaluation is done in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the GDPR based on Google's legitimate interests in displaying personalized advertisements, market research, and/or designing their website based on demand.
However, you can object to the creation of these user profiles by contacting YouTube.
Regardless of the playback of the embedded videos, visiting this website establishes a connection to Google’s "DoubleClick" network, which may trigger other data processing operations over which we have no influence.
Google LLC, based in the USA, participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which aims to ensure the protection of personal data transferred from an EU member state to the United States.

10. Digital Marketing
10.1 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
Our site uses the online advertising program "Google AdWords" and, in this context, Google LLC’s conversion tracking service, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
We use Google AdWords, including its advertising insertion techniques (Google AdWords) on third-party websites to attract attention to our offers. The data collected allows us to determine the success of our various advertising campaigns. We aim to show you ads that are likely to interest you, make our website more attractive to you, and obtain a fair calculation of advertising costs.
The conversion tracking cookie is activated when a user clicks on an AdWords ad displayed by Google. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for user identification purposes. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, we (and Google) can determine that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to the corresponding website.
The cookies are different for each Google AdWords client and cannot be tracked by other AdWords clients’ websites. The information collected using the conversion tracking cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords clients who have opted for conversion tracking. These clients receive the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were subsequently redirected to a page containing a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that would allow the identification of individual users.
If you do not wish to participate in conversion tracking, you can block this use by disabling the Google conversion tracking cookie in your browser settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
We use Google AdWords in compliance with Article 6, paragraph 1, point f) of the GDPR, in our legitimate interest in targeted advertising.
Google LLC, based in the USA, participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which aims to ensure the protection of personal data transferred from an EU member state to the United States.

11. Web Analytics Service
Google Universal Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses small text files stored on your computer ("Cookies"), which help us analyze the website’s use by users. The information generated by the cookies about the use of the website (including the anonymized IP address) is transmitted and stored on a Google server in the United States.
This site uses Google Analytics exclusively with the "_anonymizeIp()" extension. This extension anonymizes the IP address by truncating it and thus excludes any personal and direct connection to the user.
Due to the extension, your IP address is first shortened by Google within EU member states or in other states parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA before being anonymized.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on activity, and provide other services related to website use. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser for Google Analytics will not be associated with other data held by Google.
You can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. In this case, you may not be able to use all features of this website.
You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing data related to your use of the website (including your IP address) generated by the above cookie by installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr
As an alternative to the browser plugin or for mobile browsers, we invite you to click the link below to set up an opt-out cookie (this opt-out cookie only works for this browser and this domain. If you delete cookies in your browser, you will need to click this link again):
Disable Google Analytics
Google LLC, based in the USA, participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which aims to ensure the protection of personal data transferred from an EU member state to the United States.
This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device visitor flow analysis through a user ID. You can disable cross-device visitor flow analysis from your customer account under "My Data" then "Personal Data."
For more information on how Google Analytics processes user data, please refer to Google's data protection statement: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=french.

If you exercise this right of objection, the processing of the relevant data will cease immediately. However, we retain the right to continue processing if we can prove that the continued processing is justified by legitimate and overriding reasons that prevail over your rights, interests, and freedoms, or if the continued processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

After these periods have expired, the relevant data will be systematically and regularly deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the performance or initiation of the contract and/or there is no legitimate interest in their retention.
